Blog Response #6

I loved all of these pictures but my five favorites were #43, the motorcycle one, #45, the tornado one, #47, the old hospital one, #80, the one with the little girl and the mom(?) on the beach, and #94, the approaching storm. My least favorites were #69, the dude randomly walking by some boats and #71, the old man with the box. I think the one that put the photographer in the most danger would definitely be the tornado one.

Even though all of those Santa photos are terrible (and funny) I can't think of any better way to do it. The photographers job is to take the best possible picture for the paying customer and I think they do try their best. I think people pay for these photos because they are funny or maybe they are hopeful that they will turn out fine. I have never had any problems sitting on Santa's lap when I was littler, except once I think. Overall, though, I think these photos make some great stories and memories and sitting on Santa's lap has been a timeless Christmas tradition for families everywhere.

I know what the first 7 modes mean but I don't know what M, Av, Tv, etc means. My favorite mode to use is the flower mode for close up pictures because it makes it so clear and focused. I also like the landscape mode because it focuses on the whole scene and gives me a clear shot.
